I was there several years ago. Pong is great, the food and coffee are wonderful and the bamboo forest of the cafe, very peaceful! I tell everyone I know heading to Chiang Mai to stop there for coffee. Pong has a roaster on the property and I bought some fresh roasted beans to bring home.
With 10 inches of fresh snow in Colorado, I'd much rather be sipping a nice warm cappuccino at Cafe Libernard at the moment!
